Can other state candidate can apply for RPSC exam?
Yes, Other state candidate can apply for RPSC exam. But Other State Candidate consider as General Category Candidate.
RPSC RAS Eligibility - Nationality
The candidate must be a citizen of India. However, candidates belonging to any state other than Rajasthan can also apply for the RPSC RAS post.
It should be noted that the Other State Candidate consider as General Category Candidate.
