NIT Meghalaya Recruitment 2014 for Junior Engineer

National Institute of Technology, Meghalaya or NIT Meghalaya was setup in the year of 2010 at Shillong. It is one of the 30 NITs in India. NIT Meghalaya is an institute of national importance and is owned by the Government of India under the Ministry of Human Resource Development. NIT Meghalaya provide education related to engineering and technology in various disciplines and departments. This institution provide high quality education and knowledge.

Applications in a prescribed format are invite by NIT Meghalaya for the recruitment of Junior Engineer for a period of 1 to 3 years. Only Indian nationals who posses the required qualification and experience can apply.

Name of post: 2 vacancies are available in NIT Meghalaya for the post of Junior Engineer in civil and electrical discipline.

Salary: Selected candidates will get placement with salary of Rs.15000/- per month and will be increased by Rs.1000/- per month if the period of contract is extended more than 1 year.

Age limit: Candidates with less than 30 years of age can only apply for the above mentioned position.

Qualification: Diploma in relevant discipline of engineering along with at least 2 years of working experience is essential.

Application fees: Application fees of Rs.200/- has to be paid in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of NIT Meghalaya payable at Shillong.
