Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 18 to 21 years for other posts & 18-27 years for Followers Posts. Age relaxation will be of 5 years in the upper age limit for candidates belonging to SC/ ST.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 10th Passed for (Sr.No:1) Post, 9th Class passed with valid HMV/ LMV driving licence issued by a competent authority for (Sr.No:2) Posts, 10th passed with experience as mechanic in automobile for (Sr.No:3) Posts, 12th passed for (Sr.No:4) Posts, Class V for (Sr.No:5) Posts.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in written test, physical efficiency tests, trade test cum interview.
Application Form: Candidates can get the application forms available at offices of all District Superintendents of Police and Commandants of MLP Battalions and Principal, PTS Mawroh Shillong from 01-03-2014.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.50/- for application forms available at offices of all District Superintendents of Police and Commandants of MLP Battalions and Principal, PTS Mawroh Shillong.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of 4 recent passport size photographs, ST/ SC Certificates, Age certificate as per HSLC/ SSLC Certificates/ Admit Cards, Educational Qualification certificates, Additional qualification, if any should send on or before 01-04-2014.
