Haryana Staff Selection Commission, HSSC has released the notification for Haryana Police Recruitment 2021 for 7289 police constable posts.The online applications would begin from January 11, 2021. Official notification is now available online on hssc.gov.in. Check details, vacancy break up and other information below.
The notification is for recruitment of Male Constable – General Duty, Female Constable – General Duty as well as Female Constable – Group C. Candidates in the age bracket of 18 to 25 years are eligible to apply for the posts. The cut-off date for determining age is December 1, 2020.
Candidates need to have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination to be eligible. Also, Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject in Matric is required for the same or higher education. The official notification also contains details regarding the basic physical attributes required including the height and other measurements.

Online applications would begin from January 11, 2021. Interested candidates are advised to register before the application window closes on February 10, 2021 at 11:59 pm.
Please note that these vacancies are in lieu of the cancelled Police Constable Recruitment notice 06/2019.The recruitment notice was cancelled and withdrawn on December 29, 2020 and a fresh notice has been released instead. The candidates who had applied earlier are also eligible and relaxation in the age has been given.
As per the official notice, ‘The government has decided to give one time relaxation in fee and age to the candidate who had applied against the Advertisement No.06/2019 issued by Haryana staff selection commission. However, such candidates will have to apply afresh along with proof of depositing the application fees. They are required to upload the E-challan along with the fresh application form and will produce the original E-challan at the time of test/verification’.
